dc.description.abstract | Chapter 1: An overview of Mi Group Trading Company Limted This chapter will provide general information about Mi Group Co., Ltd regarding the company’s history of foundation and development, company’s organizational structure and its business situation from 2020 to 2022. Trần Thị Hồng Nhung – 11194089 – Business English 61A 4 Chapter 2: Literature Review Chapter two is structured into two sections. The first section discusses the theoretical framework of HR, including concepts such as human resource management (HRM), human resource development (HRD), and human resource control (HRC), as well as the roles and components of HR development and control. The second section presents a review of domestic and international research conducted in this area. Chapter 3: Methodology This chapter will provide a detailed explanation of the methodology used to achieve the research objectives. It will cover the introduction of participants, data collection approaches, and analysis procedures. Chapter 4: Analysis and Findings In this chapter, the researcher aims to identify elements and their influence on the HR development and control activities at Mi Group between 2020 and 2022. Data collected from questionnaires, and annual reports of Mi Group are analyzed to determine the issues. Chapter 5: Recommendations The final chapter offers some suggestions for Mi Group Company personnel development and control to support the company's future growth. | |
