Abstract

Chapter 1: The introduction gives background information on the study and explains the motivation behind it. Additionally presented are research objectives, methodology, and research design. Chapter 2: Theoretical framework shows theoretical framework with description, summary, and evaluation of previous publications within the research field. It demonstrates basic information, concerns, and concepts to assist in the process of investigation and analysis. Chapter 3: Data analysis, findings, and discussions gives an analysis of obtained data and information with the goal of answering the research questions and achieving the study objectives. Some recommendations are also given for further studies. Chapter 5: Conclusion summarizes and presents limitations of this study and recommendations for further research
