dc.description.abstractChapter 1: Introduction of Hamia Online Technology and Education Joint Stock Company The general information about Hamia Online Technology and Education Joint Stock Company and Academic department would be in this first chapter. Chapter 2: Literature review and conceptual framework of job satisfaction and job performance The second chapter explores the theoretical foundation of the concept of job satisfaction and job performance, including definitions and the relationship between them. Chapter 3: The impact of job satisfaction on job performance of the academic department at Hamia online technology and education joint stock company The data gathered from participants is examined in the third chapter. Based on this study, the author will be able to identify the factors influencing academic employees’ work satisfaction at HAMIA, as well as its impact on their performance. Nguyen Phuong Linh – 11196352 – Business English 61A 4 Chapter 4: Recommendations to improve employees’ job satisfaction and job performance The final chapter is a summary of the entire study. In addition, some suggestions from an expert in the company will be given to improve employees’ job satisfaction, thereby increasing their job performance
