dc.description.abstractChapter 1: Introduction of Mitas company. This part provided a clear and concise overview of the organization with its issues related to the research topic, key terms, and definitions. Chapter 2: Literature review. This part was used as a basis for the research which provided a comprehensive understanding of key terms, including service quality and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it allowed the writer to summarize and synthesize the existing research to identify gaps and limitations in the research. Chapter 3: Research methodology. This part was the systematic process and techniques used by researchers to conduct a study or investigation. It encompassed the overall design, approach, data collection, data analysis, and interpretation of results in a research study.. Chapter 4: Data analysis and findings. This part was where the researcher presented and interpreted the data that was collected during the research process. Moreover, the researcher communicated the results of the study and drew conclusions based on the data. Chapter 5: Recommendations. This part included recommendations to solve the problems related to the research topic and supportive suggestions for further study.
