Chapter I - Introduction - presented the rationale, aims, scope, method, and design of the study. Chapter II - Literature Review - investigated the existing domestic and international studies about employees’ job satisfaction in a trading joint stock company to find out the research gap. Chapter III - Theoretical Framework - provided the theoretical background on employees’ job satisfaction of a trading joint stock company with the definition, characteristics of employees’ job satisfaction and the trading joint stock company. ChapterI V - Findings and Discussion - provided an analysis and findings on the employees’ opinions and attitudes about the factors affecting their employees’ job satisfaction in the BMT Vietnam Trading Joint Stock Company. Chapter V - Conclusion - summarized the study, clarified limitations and proposed suggestions for further study.
