Chapter 1: Introduction The first chapter provides overall information about BIDV, its history, branches, mission and services as well as the outstanding achievements since the first days of its founding year. Chapter 2: Theoretical framework The second chapter will give the basic theoretical background relevant to the concept “Digital banking” which consists of definition, the importance and the advantages this kind of banking service brings to people. Moreover, this chapter also defines the difference between Digital-banking service and E-banking one to supply a more specific observation of outstanding features of Digital-banking service. Chapter 3: Methodology This chapter aims at explaining the methodology used to accomplish the study objectives. In this chapter, the introduction of participants, data gathering methods, and data analysis procedures will be mentioned. Ngo Phuong Dung – 11191154 – Business English 61B 4 Chapter 4: Findings and Analysis The fourth chapter will present and analyze data collected from participants to assess the current situation of Smart-banking service activities at BIDV. Therefore, the author would be able to find out the existing problems and difficulties. Some possible elements influencing the current status of the service will be identified as well. Chapter 5: Recommendations The significance of suggesting potential solutions to the service’s issues will be re-emphasized. After that, some recommendations for improving the Smart-banking service quality efficiency will be suggested
