Chapter I - Introduction - presents the study's rationale, explanation of the research objectives, scope, significance, and research structure. Chapter II - Literature Review & Theoretical Framework - prior literature of personnel including the definitions of HR, and roles of HRM. Furthermore, this chapter explains the procedures employed to accomplish the research objectives. Chapter III - Findings and Analysis - Introduce Vgroup Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company. In this chapter, the researcher aims to figure out which factors have the most impact on HRM in Vgroup in the following period. Chapter 3 begins by providing the current problem of employee turnover at Vgroup. Following, data collected from questionnaires to identify the problems. Chapter IV - Recommendations - Summarize the study, clarify limitations, and suggest recommendations to improve the practices of HRM at Vgroup. Chapter V – Conclusion - Summarize the study, clarify limitations.
