Chapter I: This chapter will overviews of HCM A1, identify the present issues in human resource management, explain why the subject has been selected and sets out the research strategy. Chapter II: Will overviews literature linking to performance appraisal activity such as some definitions, methods, process of evaluation, etc. Chapter III: Will focus separately on HCMA1 issues of performance appraisal. Related roles, policies and legal considerations are presented in this chapter. Besides, this chapter is the chapter addressing the case study. The qualitative method is associated with information acquisition techniques, such as analyzing responses to questionnaires. The survey method and a questionnaire as a research instrument will be elaborated upon in this Chapter. Chapter IV: Which will be finally chapter, shall be the summary, conclusion and recommendations how to improve appraisal system at HCM A1.
