Chapter I – Introduction of Long Truong Vinh Joint Stock company - shows basic and detailed information about Long Truong Vinh., JSC. Chapter II - Literature review - presents the theoretical foundation of some previoud studies about organizational commitment with the definition, benefits, characteristics then builds the research model. Chapter III - Research Methodology - covers two key research topics, two research methods, research participants, and data collection. Chapter IV - Finding and Discussion - provides analysis results and findings on the employees' views and attitude toward the factors affecting the employee's organizational commitment at LTV. Chapter V - Conclusion - gives recommendations to improve the company's employees' organizational commitment, limitation of this study and recommendation for further studies.
